Roe Park's booking terms and conditions

All bookings made at Roe Park Resort are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort. A booking confirmation number will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. Please review all reservation details for accuracy.

A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Full payment may be required in advance for certain rates and special offers. Accepted methods of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment channels.

Guests can cancel or amend their bookings free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or changes made after this period, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. Prepaid rates are non-refundable.

Check-in for the resort is from 3pm, and check-out is until 11am.

For self-catering accommodations, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is until 12pm.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by the resort. Additional charges may apply.

Only service animals are allowed at the resort. No other pets are permitted.

For bookings of more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the resort directly for more information.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests and resort staff. Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction from the property.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation or resort facilities during their stay. Charges for repairs or cleaning may be levied.

Roe Park Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Use of resort facilities and amenities is at guests' own risk.

The resort is committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
