  • How soon before my treatment should I arrive?

    Please arrive 20 minutes before your treatment to allow time to get changed, fill out your consultation form, and unwind beforehand.

  • I need to cancel my treatment. What do I do?

    We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your treatment, please provide 48 hours' notice by phoning us. Cancellations on the day or no-show clients will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

  • How old do I have to be to visit the spa or have a treatment?

    Due to the active nature of our products and our focus on wellness, you must be over 16 years of age to visit the spa at Roe Park or have a treatment.

  • Can I use my phone at the spa?

    So that you can fully enjoy the tranquillity of the spa, and as a courtesy to other guests, we kindly request that mobile phones be switched off or silenced when using the spa facilities or having a treatment.

  • What happens if I arrive late for my treatment?

    Please note that if you arrive late to your treatment appointment, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged in full.

  • What should I do if I have any medical conditions?

    Our therapists will undertake an assessment before starting treatments targeted at certain conditions to ensure your continued wellbeing. If you are pregnant or suffer from high or low blood pressure, heart problems, skin disorders and diabetes, please let us know. If you have any concerns or special requirements, please inform us at the time of the booking.

  • Should I shave before a men's facial treatment?

    All facial treatments are adaptable and suitable for men. We recommend that you shave no longer than two hours before any treatment.

  • Where shall I leave my valuables?

    We recommend leaving valuables in a safe place during your time at the spa. The nature of treatments means your belongings may be left unattended and we cannot accept responsibility for losses from lockers.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit for a spa booking?

    We kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date when more than 48 hours' notice is given. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.

  • Is parking available for spa guests?

    Complimentary parking is available in the main resort car park beside the Golf Academy.

Overnight stays

  • What time can I check in and check out?

    You can check in from 3pm, and check out anytime before 11am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please get in touch beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    For most bookings, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge, typically the cost of the first night's stay. Pre-paid rates are non-refundable. If you book a room at a pre-paid rate, you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking, and this charge is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

  • Are the rooms air-conditioned?

    Currently, our rooms do not feature air conditioning. However, each room is designed to ensure comfort throughout the year with ample ventilation and heating to accommodate all seasons.

  • Is Wi-Fi available in the bedrooms?

    Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms and throughout the hotel premises.

  • Can I request a room with a view?

    Depending on availability, you can request rooms with views of our beautiful golf course or the scenic parkland that surrounds the resort. Please mention your preference when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • What amenities are included in the rooms?

    All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and an ensuite bathroom. Our suites also feature amenities like spacious living areas and premium toiletries.

  • Are the bedrooms accessible for guests with disabilities?

    Yes, we have several accessible rooms designed for ease of use by guests with disabilities. These rooms feature wider doorways, grab rails, and other necessary modifications. Please let us know if you require one of these rooms when making a reservation.

  • Is room service available?

    Yes, room service is available to all our guests. You can order from our room service menu during service hours.

  • What is the policy for pets in the rooms?

    Currently, we do not accommodate pets in the rooms, except for assistance dogs.

  • Do you accommodate families with children in the bedrooms?

    Yes, we have a range of rooms specifically made for families visiting with children. We also have plenty of entertainment and activities for children during school term time.

  • Can I request an extra bed or a baby cot in my room?

    Yes, we can provide baby cots upon request, subject to availability. Get in touch to arrange this before your arrival.

  • How many people can the conference rooms accommodate?

    Our versatile conference rooms can accommodate various group sizes, from small meetings of 10 people to large conferences with up to 500 attendees. Each room can be arranged to suit your specific requirements.

    We're equipped to host a range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops, and private celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Do you offer food options for events?

    Yes, we offer a wide selection of food options for events, and our team can create menus tailored to your specific needs.

  • Do you have dedicated event planners?

    Yes, our dedicated team of event planners will work with you from planning through to execution to ensure your event is a success. They can help with everything from room layout and equipment setup to catering and accommodation.

  • How can I book an event?

    To book an event, please contact our events team here. They'll be happy to discuss your requirements, provide a detailed proposal, and assist with all aspects of event planning.

  • What is the cancellation policy for events?

    Our cancellation policy for events varies based on the size and complexity of the event. Details will be provided in your event contract, but we recommend discussing any potential changes as early as possible with our events team.
